Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain safety procedures before takeoff and during emergencies.

• Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.

• Assist with boarding and disembarking processes.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin area.

• Follow airline regulations and aviation safety standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

• No prior experience required – full training provided.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts, including day, night, weekends, and holidays.

• Average 40 hours per week, with variable schedules depending on flight assignments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of basic safety procedures and emergency protocols (training provided).

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

• Capability to work long hours and adapt to irregular schedules.
