HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE :

Working in an agile environment, the Senior Business Analyst is a key stakeholder and team member that play's a critical role in delivering successful projects.

The Senior Business Analyst works with internal and external stakeholders to define current state and desired state of business processes and supporting technology, and will conduct gap analysis to develop overall business requirements.

The Senior Business Analyst supports the project team, ensures validation of technology solutions and communicates changes by transferring knowledge using various methods of communication.

The Senior Business Analyst is able to lead a team of Analysts on a large project, helping to provide feedback on deliverables, managing the team's work distribution and ensuring the BA timelines are met.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

  • Relevant post-secondary education with 5 year experience
  • Collections, legal or banking industry knowledge
  • In-depth understanding and experience with agile software methodologies, such

as Scrum

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
  • Experience working with Wireframe tools such as Axure
