Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned locations

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance

• Create staff schedules and coordinate coverage for absences or emergencies

• Train new employees on cleaning procedures equipment use and company standards

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Communicate with clients to address needs concerns or special requests

• Assist with onboarding new contracts and preparing job site setups

• Ensure all work is completed according to scope and timelines

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in janitorial or facility management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

• Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and WHMIS procedures

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
