Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winnipeg, MB for a Call Taker. The Call Taker will be responsible for answering customer calls, booking rides, and providing information about our services. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, dispatching taxis, and ensuring timely and efficient service.

This position is for day shifts only and offers wages of $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Emergency Medical Dispatch and Emergency Services protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer and phone systems
