What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyzing business processes to design, develop, and execute them against client workflows
• Validating complex business applications to ensure they meet requirements
• Collaborating with functional, industry, and technical specialists on innovative solutions
• Providing expertise in the company and best practices for defining customers' "to-be" business processes
• Conducting conference room pilots to demonstrate software capabilities
• Configuring software applications to support customer business processes
• Defining and executing test scripts in collaboration with customers
• Monitoring project progress and communicating updates to management
• Working with architecture, development, and quality assurance teams to meet customer needs

Do You Have the Right Qualifications?

• English-Chinese bilingual speaker
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Preferably experience with systems integration
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, and APIs
• Experience in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban (Scrum Master experience is an advantage)
• Background in retail or consumer products (business or information technology) is a plus
• Ability to travel as required on projects
