What You’ve Accomplished

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a related discipline, or comparable experience in lieu of degree
• At least 8 years of directly related experience
• Project Management Certifications preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of major project management plandevelopment, implementation and administration
• Strong business and / or technical expertise in arelated technical capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectivelywith all levels of staff & management
• Excellent working knowledge of PC-based applications such as MSOffice (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills withemphasis on "root cause" analysis
• Excellent report development and presentation skills.

Thisfull-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Facility Operations Manager in Pickering, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of Framatome Canada’s facilities to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with global standards. You will manage vendor and landlord relationships, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, administer access control and security systems, provide leadership for warehouse operations, and support evolving work arrangements through strategic space planning. On the project side, you will lead office fit-up and construction initiatives across multiple sites, develop business cases for capital investments and manage the internal approval process, liaise with real estate brokers and municipal stakeholders, and drive the full lifecycle of facilities upgrades. You will also manage the corporate vehicle fleet and act as the primary contact for emergency preparedness planning and facility risk mitigation. This position requires up to 50% travel.Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
