In this role, you will work with our local BC team, a tenured team of customer experience and technical experts who are guided by the following principles.

You will support our national Customer Solutions teams as environmental samples from your customers are analyzed in our laboratory network.

Key Accountability / Responsibilities :
Develop new customer partnerships while stewarding relationships with existing customers within the BC site assessment and remediation sector.Gather the “voice of the customer” and leverage personal experience to define sector requirements and unmet wants.Contribute to, and execute on, sector-specific business plans to increase revenue from site assessment and remediation sector.Shape Bureau Veritas’ value proposition and service offering to site assessment and remediation customers.Represent Bureau Veritas by being an ambassador of the brand at conferences, workshops, trade association meetings and other industry networking eventsAssist in the management of annual revenue budgets, monthly forecasting and expense management for the site assessment and remediation sector.Adhere to Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics Policy. Support and comply with all Bureau Veritas policies, Quality System and Health & Safety programAll other responsibilities as assigned.Skills and Knowledge :
Experience working on environmental programs or site assessment and remediation projects. This experience may come from working with a consultancy, an environmental laboratory, a regulatory body or with government.Outstanding customer relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Energetic personality that can work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and influence colleagues in a matrix structure.Effective in facilitating the growth and successes of others, including coaching and mentoring.Working Conditions :
Flexible working hours and hybrid (home / office) working arrangement.Requires travel to the various business centers in Western Canada.Bureau Veritas is proud to be committed to providing fair and competitive pay.
The salary range for this role is $75k-$95 plus bonus.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
