Full-time or Part-time childcare for one child.

I’m looking to hire someone to watch my daughter (1yr) and dog for me full-time or part-time while I work during the week. It is important to me to make sure that while I’m away from the home, my daughter is with someone who is engaging and fun, but also firm on rules and boundaries. I’m willing to pay $18-$20 hourly.
