- Work onsite in Toronto, Canada up to 3 days a week collaborating with the team.
- Participate in requirements identification, definition, prioritization, documentation, and analysis.
- Transform requirements into a solution by performing full lifecycle management including design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation support.
- Adjust solution implementation based on the team’s evolution, changes, and new integrations.
- Seek end-user feedback from the team to lead improvements, enhancements, and evolve the solution to continuously. improve efficiencies within network / service operations and management.
- Document and keep updated documentation pertaining to solution technical details.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years or more in a Developer-like role where you acquired working experience leveraging these competencies.
- Good knowledge and background in DevOps and tools.
- Experience working using Agile principals and framework.
- Communicate effectively with people at different organizational levels (both written and oral).
- Strong interpersonal skills and team focus.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Is able to self-organize work or both themselves and their team.
Preferred Competencies and Skills :
- Experience in Monitoring tools such as NewRelic.
- Experience in ELK with good knowledge and background in AWS.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Previous experience with Cloud-based technologies such as OpenStack, and tools that help automate this space such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or others.
Benefits
Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 3 days a week
