Junior Accountant

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant for a temporary part-time position (3 months). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and problem solver, comfortable working independently to maintain and input accurate financial data, check balance statements and track daily activities. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records by preparing and processing EFTs, weekly cheques and wire transfer requests.
• Track operational activities and accurately enter data into the CRM system.
• Code and record payables and expenses in accordance with established accounting procedures and clerical guidelines.
• Review balance statements and financial institution records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and issue notices related to outstanding fees, revenue refunds, and proceeds.
