Job Description

Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented AP / AR & Billing Specialist (Temp) to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and payment recording. This role also supports all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices to clients
• Track payments and manage collections
• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate AR / AP records and reconcile accounts
• Assist with reports, documentation, and general office tasks
• Support operations, HR, and other departments as needed
