Job description

We are looking for a Full time Sales Coordinator to provideadministrative and customer support to Bunzl Industrial’s growingSales Team.

Responsibilities :

  • Key contact between Customers, SalesRepresentatives, Vendors and the Inside Operations Team.
  • Maintain and manage customer expectations for order timeframe for delivery
  • Order Entry & tracking,coordination with freight companies and our internal warehouses toensure product on order is arriving on time to meet the customer’sneeds.
  • Source special order product forcustomers, provide back-order substitute suggestions and support toour internal CSR and sales team
  • Running openorder and sales history reports and other administrativeduties
  • Manage and keep organized shared inboxof customer requests and maintain a high level of serviceresponse.
  • Become a subject matter expert onthe products we supply to make product suggestions and quotes forcustomers.
  • Collaborate and work closely withthe sales team in order to help them with sales and orders to growthe business. This could include but not limited to; looking forgap sales within current accounts, looking for prospect accountswithin the reps territory, calling prospect accounts to locate thecorrect contact, making an appointment for a Rep in a new Prospectaccount.
  • Become profit managers bycoordinating with selling executives to review all low margin itemsin order to provide substitutes or interface with vendors foradditional cost support.
  • Support the Ecomm.platform and drive customer set up

Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRMsystems
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite,particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and BI.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and itsimpact on the business.
  • Critical thinker withstrong problem-solving and analytical skills; recommends solutions,resolves problems, and maintains a positive approach.
  • Proficiently handle confidential and time-sensitivematerial
  • A self-starter who works well in botha team environment and independently without constantsupervision.
  • Solid organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal& written).
  • Elite customer service andinter-personal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in anagile, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be ateam player with a high level of dedication.
  • Experience / Education :

  • College / University degree or equivalent workexperience.
  • 2 years' experience in a similarrole is preferred.
