BGC Okanagan is seeking a part-time, temporaryProgram Coordinator to support the Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) in strengthening connections that help families with young children thrive. In this role, you will identify key stakeholders, monitor emerging community needs, promote local family services, and contribute to early childhood development initiatives. Using a population-health approach, youll foster broad community engagement and ensure that families help shape program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The successful candidate will also support the Community Kitchen, working 21 hours per week in the Program Coordinator role and 8 hours per month in the community kitchen. This position is a temporary assignment that will conclude upon the incumbents return.
