Vibe Marketing is currently hiring for 3-4 vibrant and outgoing Retail Sales Associates within the Halifax region. We’re interested in meeting with people that are preferably looking for a full time in person position, that are willing to receive training as needed and are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
We are looking for Retail Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service, have strong communication skills and are overall a people person, will stand out at our retail events. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the event satisfied and you will contribute to the clients profitability.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Assist in new business acquisition and increasing market share through face-to-face new customer sign ups
• Completion of a handful of sales including the collection of new customer personal details
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Associates team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

• Commuting‌ ‌to‌ ‌our‌ ‌office‌ ‌in‌ ‌Halifax‌ ‌is‌ ‌required‌ ‌on‌ ‌a‌ ‌daily‌ ‌basis‌ ‌ ‌
• Full-time‌ ‌availability‌ ‌is‌ ‌preferred,‌ ‌and‌ ‌an‌ ‌immediate‌ ‌start‌ ‌is‌ ‌ideal‌ ‌
• Customer‌ ‌Service,‌ ‌Retail‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌or‌ ‌Call‌ Center ‌work‌ ‌is‌ ‌helpful‌
