Our client a well-established professional services organization in Vancouver is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Clerk to join their accounting team. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and professional environment where accuracy efficiency and client service are a priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable including monitoring overdue accounts and outstanding balances.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding outstanding amounts.
• Maintain accurate records of communications payments and transactions.
• Process payments and update account records accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to collections and debt recovery. Initiate legal action when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
