As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead our financial strategy, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the success of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and project cost reports.
• Oversee year-end close processes and prepare audit working papers.
• Manage external year-end audits.
• Lead the development of annual operating and capital budgets, and monthly forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
• Support the bi-weekly pay cycle to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
• Stay current with evolving accounting standards and promote best practices.
