Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our client in the Greater Moncton area on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide general accounting support focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with immediate availability to start .

Key Responsibilities for the Job :

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Assist with reconciliations of accounts invoices and bank statements
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities as required
• Prepare and review invoices expense reports and other financial documentation
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the finance team
