Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the steps of the customer's onboarding process from start to finish. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.What you’ll be doing : Conducting kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding processEnsuring customer training is completed throughout onboarding processScheduling internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processingCommunicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training datesManaging your own segment of customers who are working through the onboarding processMaintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboardingUpdating customer records in our CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelinesManaging the amount of time for customers to move from sales close to the time they’re using the systemWhat you need to bring : We’re a team of 13 people located in North America.
