Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity that comes with amazing opportunities for success and growth for your future? Morskate Manufacturing is actively recruiting a motivated Field Installer / Labourer to join our dynamic team of professionals in our Agmor division.

Reporting to the Agricultural Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of agricultural equipment, including gating, fencing, barn equipment, and ventilation systems. This is a physically active, field-based position that may require travel and working away from home for short periods, depending on project locations. Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent attendance record
• Maintain high level of communication with supervisors & co-workers
• Operate grinders, power saws and other hand tools
• Install back of barn equipment, cow mats, feed pushers, stalls, fans, etc.
• Accurate use of square, levels, angle finder and other measuring tools related to specific area (in both Metric & Imperial)
• Work at heights as required
• Operate mobile equipment, e.g. forklift, skid steer
• Attention to detail, ability to problem solve.

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at  $24-30 per hour , with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
