This Position is Part time, Must be available weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a clear professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls and direct customers appropriately
• Maintain a tidy and presentable work area
• Booking Service appointments and cashiering Service Customers
• Provide general administrative Sales Department support, and assisting the team, Answering a Multi line phone system
• Assist customers with inquiries - provide accurate information
• Update and maintain filing
• Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications

Customer service skills- Friendly outgoing can hold a conversation with anyone

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient keyboarding skills - Computer literate

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent attendance and reliability- attendance is crucial

Mechanical understanding helpful but not necessary, willing to train

Background and reference check
