What you’ll do :

We don't just want to be the leader in market share we want to be the standard-bearers for excellence in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership's operations, from sales and service to finance and administration. You will hire and lead a team of professionals who will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

For this position, come equipped with :

• A history of outstanding success in a high-volume dealership
• Demonstrated experience as a culture leader with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
• An innovative approach to the business with progressive ideas to grow in sales and service operations.
• Financial acumen and knowledge of how to drive net profit targets.
• An innate ability to nurture and model an amazing customer experience.
