AVANTIER – A Premium Custom Optic Manufacturer, is seeking a fast learner and highly motivated Sales Representative to join their expanding sales team.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Full sales cycle process to drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively conducting outbound sourcing, establishing new partnerships, and constructing a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understanding clients' needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
- Consistently meeting all monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Skills / Qualifications
- Ability to Cold Call daily, Follow up and Close deals.
- Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close.
- Experience in attending conferences, trade shows and networking to build relationships.
- Experience in managing a long sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Generate Outbound as well as handle inbound leads.
- Must have a GREAT Attitude and be a TEAM player to fit into the company culture.
- Proactivity in sourcing new business and managing a robust pipeline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education
Bachelor's degree required, additional certificates are a bonus.
Pay
65,000 – 80,000 base salary + Bonus & Commission.
