Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the finance controller will participate in the supervision and coordination of all accounting activities and processes for our 19 branches, as well as our real estate subsidiary.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Take charge of the month-end process, journal entries, and account analysis reviews
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, and approve account openings
• Provide various reports required by departments and support them in achieving their objectives
• Update and improve performance reports, and explain variances when necessary
• Prepare forecasts, financial analyses, and reports to support decision-making
• Participate in the optimization and maintenance of internal controls and processes
• Be involved in the budgeting process
• Participate in the annual financial statement audit
• Assist with cash flow management
• Perform any other related tasks
