Overview
As the Lead of the Painting & Wall Coatings Division, the objective is to have the team member primarily lead, oversee, and assist with various aspects of the division, from lead generation, client prospecting, sales and marketing efforts, estimation, as well as the production of said jobs.

Types of painting job that EverLine may complete include, however are not limited to:

• Interior/ exterior residential painting
• Interior/ exterior commercial painting
• Interior/ exterior industrial painting
• Staining projects
• Specialty painting/ coatings (e.g. equipment, machinery, etc.)
• & more

Responsibilities
With the proper training, onboarding, assistance and oversight of the management team, the Division Lead will assist with:

Sales & Marketing

• Learn and utilize the various platforms EverLine has on the sales and marketing front
• Assist with, and in time lead campaigns to assist with creating awareness about the division
• Meet with existing and prospective clients
• Put together estimates & proposals
• Etc.

Operations

• Learn and utilize the various platforms EverLine has on the operations side of the business
• Assist with, and in time lead operations in terms of scheduling, client updates, quality assurance, etc.

Production

• Learn and utilize the various platforms, tools, resources and equipment EverLine has on the production side of the business
• Assist with leading production hands-on
• Assist with leading team members/ crews to complete projects
• Quality control
• Client communication
• Submitting all reports required by EverLine (SCRUM, FLHA, Ops., etc.) in the timeframe required.

Qualifications
What you need to bring:

• Previous experience completing the services that EverLine offers (painting, spraying, rolling, brushing, cutting, surface preparation, etc.).
• Previous leadership experience.
• Previous sales/ customer facing experience.
• A positive, helpful, constructive, and ready-to-work attitude.
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem-solve.
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to work well independently and unsupervised.
• A G Class drivers license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
• A cell-phone with access to internet/ data.
• Experience with estimating projects, including reviewing specs and drawings.
