Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge Administrator located in Haliburton, ON at Nomi Resort. The Concierge Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, coordinating reservations, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay at the resort.

Qualifications

• Customer service, Hospitality, and Communication skills
• Experience with reservation management and guest relations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local attractions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• University Administration or College Degree in Hospitality
