Pay : $27.00 – $35.00 / hour (based on experience)

Monday to Friday

Shift from 7am, onsite

Position Summary :

Our client, a leading expert in crafting high-end outdoor living spaces, is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Team Leader . This role involves collaborating with designers, architects, and contractors to transform outdoor environments with precision and creativity. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for horticulture and construction.

Key Responsibilities :

Read and interpret construction blueprints

Perform accurate site measurements and layouts

Supervise and lead a team of 2–3 workers

Build retaining walls and features using natural stone and interlocking pavers

Conduct softscape installations : soil grading, planting, lawn installation

Install and troubleshoot outdoor lighting systems

Manage full landscape construction project life cycles

Uphold safety, productivity, and quality standards

Provide excellent on-site customer communication

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape construction

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong ability to interpret and execute construction plans

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Interest in long-term growth within landscape construction

Knowledge of plant species and landscape equipment

Valid G-class driver’s license (A or D license an asset)

Working Conditions :

Outdoor work in varying weather (heat, cold, rain)

Physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and extended standing

Requires bending, kneeling, climbing, and manual labor

Regular driving to and from client sites
