Scope of Activities

The successful applicant will function as an Engineering Student on a variety of land development, transportation, and municipal improvement projects during the construction season. Depending on experience level and demonstrated capabilities, tasks include :

• Performing as-built surveys for underground utility and roadway projects
• Construction monitoring, inspection and interpretation of design drawings
• Attend and participate in site meetings and formal inspections
• Contractor / municipality / client coordination and liaison
• Preparation of progress payment certificates and inspection reports
• Working with Project Managers in administration of design and construction projects.
