We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience orchestrating all aspects of how work happens in a large technology company. The ideal candidate has a perfect blend of organizational skills, technology experience, and communication and interpersonal skills to align product and engineering teams on a continuous basis.

Key Responsibilities

Full stewardship of existing and new project management technologies (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Monday), including defining all structure, metadata, and taxonomy to represent use cases.

Ensure continually accurate representation of project states, from initiation through estimation, development, delivery tracking, and accounting thereof.

Manage workload capacity planning.

Lead and co-lead quarterly and annual internal & external milestones, including delivery reviews, KPI checks, R&D financial accounting, compliance and other audit reviews, and R&D credit applications.

Collaborate continuously with Product and Engineering teams to deliver the above.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

PMP Certification.

Mastery of Atlassian Jira and its ecosystem.

Experience managing projects in large, globally distributed technology companies using Agile Scrum Product + Engineering practices.

Exceptionally organized.

Efficient, collaborative, and proactive communicator using a variety of media (presentations, emails, Slack, calls, etc.).

Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem.

Experience in large publicly traded companies.

Product and / or technology background.
