What You’ll Do : As a Quality Assurance Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our processes meet industry-leading standards. Reporting to the Information Officer, you will lead initiatives to develop and implement quality assurance programs to support SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications. Key responsibilities include : Designing and managing policies and procedures for compliance and certification. Leading meetings, directing resources, and tracking tasks related to certification and recertification. Conducting internal quality audits and driving process improvements. Producing and maintaining documentation aligned with compliance standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Who You Are : You are a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining quality standards. You thrive in hybrid work environments and have a proven track record in leading compliance and certification initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire team collaboration sets you apart. Minimum Requirements : 3+ years of experience in implementing or managing Quality Assurance systems. Certification in CISA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent auditor / quality certification. Degree or diploma in Quality Engineering, Management, or Human Resources. Familiarity with SOC2 and ISO27001 standards. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Bonus Requirements : 2+ years of experience managing teams. Background in human resources, aviation, or manufacturing industries. Proficiency with digital tools for quality and project management. What We Offer : Generous holiday allowance.
