Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Ingénieur processus et Performance pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein du département Excellence opérationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de l’A220.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Ingénieur processus et Performance chargée de l'amélioration continue et de l'efficacité opérationnelle. L'équipe est leader de la Roadmap d'amélioration et assure le suivi de performance industrielle transverse (Aléas, Efficacité, CVAT, Rate readiness etc.). L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu' Ingénieur Processus et Performance sera de piloter l'analyse de performance, l'équilibrage de ligne (SLB) et les roadmaps d'amélioration pour optimiser la production de la série.

• Vos défis :
• Évaluer et optimiser la performance industrielle transverse à l'aide d'indicateurs clés (ex : efficacité, rythme de production, temps de cycle, etc.).
• Concevoir et maintenir les équilibrages de ligne standard (SLB) pour toutes les configurations de production.
• Générer et publier les équilibrages finaux pour chaque avion en production.
• Réaliser des analyses de cause racine (ex : Pareto) pour les aléas et les goulots d'étranglement.
• Proposer des plans d'actions concrets et mesurables pour améliorer l'efficacité des processus.
• Documenter et gérer les contraintes opérationnelles par poste afin d'optimiser la planification.
• Piloter la feuille de route d'amélioration et les initiatives REX (Retour d'Expérience) avec l'équipe MFT Méthodes.
• Assurer le lien avec les postes amonts et avals et être le point de contact avec l'EAP ( Équipe Autonome de Production) .
• Votre profil :
• Vous détenez un Diplôme en Génie Industriel ou dans une discipline connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
• Expérience professionnelle solide dans un environnement industriel, de préférence manufacturier ou aéronautique. Nombre d’année d’expérience minimum requis 3-5 ans
• Vous maîtrisez des concepts de performance industrielle, d'analyse de temps et d'équilibrage de lignes (SLB).
• Vous démontrez une Expertise dans la modélisation de flux de production (PERT) et les méthodes d'analyse de cause racine (Pareto).
• Vous démontrez de la Rigueur, un esprit de synthèse et de la proactivité.
• Vous avez une capacité à travailler en autonomie et à interagir efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Production, Qualité, Finance, Méthode, Ingénierie).
• Vous êtes agile en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) est essentiel.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Process and Performance Engineer to join our team within the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work on optimizing the industrial performance of the A220 .

You will be part of the Process and Performance Engineer team responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The team leads the Improvement Roadmap and monitors transverse industrial performance (Hazards, Efficiency, CVAT, Rate readiness, etc.) . Your role as a Process and Performance Engineer will be to lead the performance analysis, line balancing (SLB), and improvement roadmaps to optimize series production .

• Your challenges :
• Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators (e.g., efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.).
• Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB) for all production configurations.
• Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production.
• Perform root cause analyses (e.g., Pareto) for hazards and bottlenecks.
• Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency.
• Document and manage operational constraints per workstation to optimize planning.
• Lead the improvement roadmap and REX (Return of Experience) initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team.
• Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations and be the point of contact with the EAP (Autonomous Production Team).
• Your profile :
• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Solid professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably manufacturing or aerospace. Minimum required years of experience : 3-5 years.
• You master concepts of industrial performance, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB).
• You demonstrate expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto).
• You demonstrate Rigor, an ability to synthesize, and proactivity.
• You have an ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering).
• Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is essential.
