Job Purpose

The CPFR Analyst will work within the Supply Chain Team with strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and cross functional teams.

The successful candidate will develop best-in-class processes and ways of working that result in aligning inventory and forecasts between Ipex and our customers.

The success of the analyst is measured by supporting sales growth, accurately predicting demand forecasts, proactively planning inventory and collaborating to identify supply chain efficiencies with our customers.

Principal Responsibilities :

Develop close working relationships with key customers, that allow us to integrate supply chain processes, related to both physical movement of goods and digital strategies

Design CPFR processes and implement them within a select number of customers.

Understand customer performance metrics regarding forecasting, inventory and order management.

Problem solve customer supply chain issues and drive for resolution and service improvement between Ipex, the customer, and logistic partners when applicable.

Extensive OTIF analysis to identify biggest service level opportunities, and customer expectations

Identify supply chain efficiency opportunities that facilitate better customer KPI performance.

Utilize and understand customer specific systems, and how they integrate into IPEX ERP systems and software

Represent customer forecasts in business review meetings and perform forecasting accuracy analysis to improve fill rate service levels

Qualifications & experience :

Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent required. A focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or another related field is preferred.

Minimum 2+ years of proven customer facing experience

Good time management and follow-up skills, including, the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output

Team player with demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment while working across cross-functional teams

Proficiency with MS excel, advanced analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI

Supply chain experience or knowledge in order management, forward and reverse distribution / logistics, replenishment, and / or planning a plus

SAP experience a plus
