The General Manager will lead the plant operations and will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, personnel management, safety, quality, and business development, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement in a fast-paced job shop environment. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong focus on operational excellence, sales growth, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including production, scheduling, quality assurance, and delivery performance
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and control costs
- Monitor and report operational metrics, ensuring alignment with company targets
- Lead the production team to meet customer demands with a focus on precision and quality
- Lead efforts to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
- Develop strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals and execute business objectives
- Oversee the quoting and estimating process to ensure timely, competitive, and accurate proposals

Qualifications
