As a Human Resources Consultant youll be a trusted advisor to employees managers and senior leaders helping shape a workplace where people and performance thrive. Youll bring insight initiative and influence to every conversation guiding leaders through workforce planning employee relations performance management leadership development and organizational design.

This role is ideal for someone whos both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on partner someone who builds credibility quickly takes initiative and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

What Youll Do

• Be a Strategic Partner : Collaborate with leaders to identify workforce needs succession plans and strategies that drive organizational effectiveness.
• Advise and Coach : Provide expert guidance on employee relations performance management leadership development and workplace culture.
• Lead with Data : Use metrics and analytics to spot trends identify risks and inform decision-making around engagement retention and talent.
• Champion Change : Support leaders through organizational change ensuring people strategies align with business priorities.
• Connect and Influence : Build strong trusted relationships across departments bridging employees managers and HRs functional specialists.

Annual Salary range is $71552.00 to $92476.80 depending on experience.
