Administrative Associate

Your success stems from your efficient support with daily clerical tasks and focuses on excellent customer service. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• Answer incoming calls reception with efficiency and professionalism
• Reconcile billing statements and payments
• Accurate data entry on customer files
• Complete weekly mailouts, approximately 250 / week
• Provide assistance in the coordination of functions and events
• Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement business

Hours : 20 hours per week - 10 : 00am - 2 : 00pm or 11 : 00am-3 : 00pm - 5 days per week
