Reporting to the Shared Services Director, the incumbent participates in large-scale operations management projects by ensuring completion of all steps, from opportunity study development to the final review.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all major project-related activities assigned by management.
- Develop and communicate project plans and reports, and identify all risks.
- Plan the timeline, budget, and resources necessary to complete projects.
- Find innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
- Analyze internal customers' needs and make recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management, or any other related field.At least two years of project management experience.Leadership, great organizational skills, and rigour.Self‑starter with priority management skills.Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, in order to communicate with store staff located across the country.Positive attitude at work and a commitment to continuous improvement.High-level proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Benefits
