Senior Computer Application Support Specialist at DND

49 Solutions has an exciting opportunity to bid on an RFP for a Senior Computer Application Support Specialist at DND . We are seeking an experienced professional to support complex applications, act as a key escalation point, and contribute to the full application lifecycle. This role also requires experience with AI / ML products or solutions in a Government of Canada environment.

Location : Carling Campus, 60 Moodie Drive, Ottawa, ON

Security Clearance : Secret

Employment Level : Senior

Requirements

Minimum Mandatory Criteria :

• Education : Certificate, diploma, or degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
• Experience :
• 5 years of senior-level application support within the past 8 years, including independent diagnosis and resolution of complex issues, escalation support, and involvement in application lifecycle activities (user stories, backlog management).
• 3 years within the past 7 years supporting AI / ML products or solutions for the Government of Canada.
