About The Opportunity
Working as an integral part of the Chén̓chenstway Human Resources Department, reporting to Management, the Learning and Development Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives across Squamish Nation. This role involves independently managing and enhancing training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals, and promote employee growth and engagement. The Officer oversees training schedules, administers learning systems and budgets, and supports the seamless integration of performance management processes. With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, the incumbent works effectively with minimal supervision, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and leveraging innovative training technologies. By driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, the Learning and Development Officer plays a key role in building organizational capacity and success.
What You Bring
Salary : $ 67,365 - $ 75,358 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program.
