Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training for workers on the safe and effective use of carpentry tools (power tools hand tools saws drills etc.)
• Conduct skill assessments and verify worker competency
• Provide refresher training and corrective coaching as needed
• Complete documentation of assessments training records and compliance requirements
• Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training or support
• Ensure all training aligns with Ledcor company policies industry best practices and site safety standards
• Promote a positive learning environment rooted in safety teamwork and continuous improvement
