About The Role

Richmond Business School is expanding its Creative Industries provision and has opened a new, purpose-built multimedia 3D suite to support learners who want to enter the creative sector, upskill for employment, or develop their freelance / business portfolio.

We are now recruiting variable hours (hourly-paid) tutors with current industry expertise in 3D modelling and design, using one or more of the following software :

• Blender
• Maya
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Unreal Engine

The Opportunity

You will teach short introductory courses and accredited awards delivered onsite in our specialist 3D suite. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners who want flexible teaching hours and the chance to help develop new local talent for the creative economy.

About You

You will have excellent subject knowledge in 3D modelling / design and strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to adult learners with varying levels of experience. Ideally, you will also bring recent or relevant industry experience and can demonstrate a learner-centred approach that stretches and challenges individuals appropriately.
