Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Service Concierge to join the team atOakville Honda.
The primary function of the Service Concierge is tobe administrator for incoming walk in traffic & answering & properlydirecting inbound dealership calls through to the parts and servicedepartment.

Essential Duties :
Greet customers upon theirarrival at dealership.Answer all incoming callspromptly, and direct call to appropriate individual.Handle general inquiries fromcallers.Communicate with all callers ina friendly, efficient and professional manner and attempt to minimize theamount of time they are placed on hold.Refer messages to correct partyin a timely manner.Perform vehicle walkarounds andinspections.Assist service porters withmoving vehicles through drive through.Collect payment from customersand issue receipts for goods and services.Prepare invoices and recordamounts received.Provide cash refunds or issuecredit memoranda to customers for returned goods, as authorized bymanager.Record / balance totals shown oncash register tapes or computer records; ensure invoice amounts and paymentmethods correspond; verify cash on hand to float.Handle customer complaints withintegrity and confidence and, if necessary, direct customers to Service Advisoror other appropriate individuals.Process invoices.Operate credit card machines;verify balances at end of day and advise manager immediately of any cashshortages.Follow close out procedures andfinal balancing at end of shiftEnsure work area is neat andclean and exhibit an informed, professional approach with all customers.Perform clerical duties such asarranging for couriers, proofreading, and assist other administrativedepartments as necessary.Attend all departmentmeetings.Follow all company andmanufacturer policies, directives and procedures.Perform any other duties asrequired.Qualifications :
