About the Team
FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about the various operations within lululemon, working often in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects.
A Day in the Life
- The Strategic FP&A Director will serve as a thought leader and partner to the FP&A team and the broader CFO organization.
- The Director will lead and coach both a small direct team and multiple cross-functional work-streams.
- Lead finance partner for lululemon's long-range planning process and provide thought partnership to our key stakeholders.
- Assess and analyze market trends, industry developments, and financial implications to support informed decision-making.
- Steer the company towards its goals including revenue growth, expense efficiency, sustainability, and environmental impact.
- Optimize ROIC (Return on Invested Capital) metrics for performance evaluation.
- Leverage experience in integrated retail to bring industry-specific insights and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, preferably in management or financial consulting, or equivalent experience within a large corporation.
- Experience in capital structure metrics, market analysis, and valuation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional business acumen.
- Ability to work with limited direction within a complex and changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or similar; MBA or CPA preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 - 206,600 annually.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
