Technicien, support système magasin TAMS

Description du poste

L’équipe de support informatique recherche actuellement un(e) technicien(n). Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente, ayant de bonnes connaissances informatiques et idéalement avec expérience en support de points de vente. Vous devez également être parfaitement bilingue (% du support est en anglais) et surtout faire preuve d’un grand souci du service à la clientèle.

Vos responsabilités seront  :

• Répondre aux demandes ou aux questions transmises au groupe de soutien du magasin,
• Mettre à jour la base de données des requêtes et des solutions apportées sur chaque appel ;
• Fournir un support administratif aux autres membres de l’équipe.
• Répondre aux requêtes ou demandes logées au groupe de support-magasin
• Résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux questions des usagers des systèmes magasins
• Guider et former les usagers à mieux utiliser le système ;
• Assurer le maintien et le support des systèmes de nos magasins ;
• Assurer le service de support à l’extérieur des heures de bureau sur une base alternative (l’équipe doit couvrir les heures entre 6h et h). Dois être disponible pour une période de 5h en rotation les samedis.
• Maintenir les liens avec les autres groupes de support des autres systèmes tels que : entrepôts, garagistes et gestionnaires de produits pour optimiser les opérations des systèmes magasins.
