Job Description

Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor, the Team Leader plays an essential role in achieving departmental and organizational objectives. The Team Leader works closely with the supervisor to ensure that work meets health, safety, operational efficiency, and quality standards. The Team Leader plans the work of each team member, ensuring training and tools are provided for safe work. The Team Leader serves as a role model for all department employees.
