The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Every task you take on will directly improve the customer experience and product performance:
• Resolve customer issues by digging into logs, cloud behavior, and data—your sleuthing keeps operations running smoothly.
• Work across AWS-based systems to troubleshoot problems—gain valuable experience with cloud tools.
• Use databases and simple scripts to analyze data—develop your technical toolkit daily.
• Support onboarding—set new customers up for long-term success.
• Help test new features—your input helps catch issues before customers ever see them.
• Organize customer feedback and requests—make sure the right improvements are prioritized.
• Improve internal processes—your ideas can shape how we scale support as we grow.
