Supportive Housing Worker – Housing Services (Full-Time, 4 Month Contract)
The Supportive Housing Worker provides direct, client-centered support to individuals living with mental illness who may also be experiencing homelessness or involved with the justice system. Working within a supportive housing environment, this role focuses on promoting recovery, independence, and stability by assisting clients with daily living skills, health and wellness activities, and community integration. The Supportive Housing Worker plays a key role in helping clients maintain safe, stable housing and achieve their personal recovery goals.

Salary: $54,943 – $60,059

The Supportive Housing Worker (SHW) provides direct, hands-on support to clients living with mental health challenges who may also be experiencing housing instability or other barriers. The SHW assists clients with a range of daily living activities and tenancy supports, working collaboratively to promote recovery, wellness, and community integration.
Beyond direct client support, the SHW plays a key role in ensuring program accountability, safety, and quality service delivery. Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and responding proactively to client needs are essential aspects of this role, such as:
