$65,000–$75,000 + Profit Share Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Support project managers and sales teams with order coordination, scheduling, and documentation
• Create, update, and track project files, quotes, and purchase orders
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Coordinate project status updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing, reporting, and general administrative support
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and solutions-oriented service

What You Bring

• Experience in project coordination, supply chain, or related administrative support roles
• Knowledge of electrical, industrial, or construction-related products (an asset but not required)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is an asset
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• A team-first attitude and commitment to customer service
