We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead execution, build scalable systems, and elevate operations.

You’ll play a key role in building a high-performance real estate business with strong leadership, high standards, and a culture of excellence.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a sharp, systems-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating structure, clarity, and consistency.

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and workflows
  • Design, improve, and enforce systems and processes
  • Implement new programs, tools, and platforms
  • Manage and support the operations team (TC + VAs)
  • Oversee CRM standards and accountability
  • Maintain organized documentation and systems
  • Oversee client experience standards
  • Resolve issues proactively
  • Support leadership with execution and strategy
  • Build and document SOPs

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of real estate operations or team support experience
  • Experience working with top-producing agents
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • Comfortable with autonomy and decision-making
  • Calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Google Workspace

    • Compensation

    $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
