Responsibilities
Qualify candidates to position requirements and business environments for both new business and on-going contracts
Work closely with Account Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
Develop and manage strong communicative relationship with consultants
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
The successful candidate will possess :
Up to 3 years of Recruiting Experience
A team-player attitude that is adaptable to change
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional drive and an unsurpassed desire for professional and personal success
Experience in recruiting for the public sector a plus!
