Position Description
A leading packaging manufacturer is currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Client Services Representative to join their dynamic team. This role plays an integral part in driving customer satisfaction, managing accounts, coordinating production, and handling customer orders, inquiries, and complaints. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in printing and packaging, demonstrating excellent communication skills, superb organizational capabilities, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service; anticipating, meeting, and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
- Handling account management responsibilities, maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Working closely with production to coordinate job schedules, maintain workflow, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries professionally, delivering solutions and providing alternative options when necessary.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio, staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the printing industry.
Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, with particular knowledge print & finishing manufacturing.Demonstrated experience in a customer service or account management role.Qualifications
Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner to a range of audiences.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
