Job description3-year electrical or mechatronics diploma from a college / university Minimum 5 years experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems PLC Programming experience Microsoft Office General understanding of vision systems Good Mechanical / Electrical aptitude. No licenses required. Experience in Customer Service is preferred. High attention to detail and accuracy MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL AND WORK IN THE USA AND INTERNATIONALLY
Description JOB TASKS
- Provide preventative and reactive service & maintenance on Company's machinery at customers' facilities located in Canada and Internationally
- Complete installations of new equipment within budgeted time and expenses allocated to the project
- Provide training to customers on proper operations and maintenance procedures for company's offerings
- Remotely assist customers via weblink or phone to troubleshoot and resolve equipment & label issues
- Promptly service returned and damaged equipment and parts (Bench Service)
- Commissioning of New Projects where applicable (Project QC)
